    Fixing a fuel rail...

When I got my 2-piece intake, the fuel return line was kinked to the point of having a large crack in it. Instead of buying a fuel rail from somebody for upwards of $100 or getting one from TU...what can I do to fix the one I have?

Has anybody ever fixed the return line on a fuel rail?

That's a good one. I'd lay money it's too thin to weld, and I sure wouldn't trust solder or any type of epoxy. If there is enough of a straight shot of undamaged line, I'd try a compression fitting with a hose barb on the other end.
I guess the important thing is where is it kinked? Right at the rail or is there enough good line to get a compression fitting on? If it's right at the rail, you might be able to braze a new section of line into it, but whatever you do, be careful and check it for leaks everytime you have the hood up. Don't wanna hear about any engine fires!

I cut my fuel rail apart and rewelded it and its fine. Just use a MIG and low power.

Cool! I figured it'd be too thin for anything but TIG.
