Forgot to post my solution LOL, I got a bad O2 sensor from RockAuto from the getty-up, do not I repeat do NOT! buy a cheap --- O2 Sensor, buy either NTK or Denso. Whoever said or says the O2 sensor only trims the A/F ratio a little is way off, they have much control, as soon as installed my new NTK O2 sensor - BINGO! perfect A/F great mileage and power, thanks to all who gave their most educated advice. Now during idle my A/F is 14.6 - 15.0 getting on it hard stays at a nice 12 - 12.6, I wish I had just put my voltmeter on the black signal lead coming out of the O2 sensor a month ago.
