Not sure if you're a member over there or not, but there is an excellent diagnostic thread on turbo Dodge:

Me too, so I used a factory one. Two, just to be sure.

    Re: No Spark!

I'd check voltages next. Are you sure you're getting power into(and out of) the ASD relay? Does the pump prime? When you ground DB/YL wire in the diagnostic plug, does the pump run, and do you have power on the + coil terminal?

    Does the pump prime?
Yes it does when you crank the starter.

It should prime when you turn the key for a couple sec. Does it?

It can't pass all those tests and not have spark so I would double check that you checked each one.

You have ASD relay function, but do you actually have power to the Coil + when the ASD is on? If so, do you have a flashing Coil - when cranking? If so, do you have proper primary and secondary winding resistance on the coil? If so you can't NOT have spark. Some diagnostic step has been missed.

Dont push the red button. You hear me?

    Re: No Spark!

Could be a broken wire somewhere. Do you have access to a scanner? You could check for codes and run sensor tests to help narrow it down.
