Are 1991 TBI 2.2 engines cross drilled?

I thought I read that Chrysler started cross drilling every common block in the early 1990's but I haven't been able to confirm it.

I have a 1991 2.2 TBI available to me. If it is cross drilled, I can put my forged 2.2 crank and rods in there.

No sure, but I have a 94 2.2 TBI block that is cross-drilled.

1993 was the year they started cross drilling N/A blocks according to the Chrysler sources.
