Sold my CSX, so thinking about your car now. Give me a week or so and then will contact you. Thanks
The saga continues.... A guy, who I believe is a member here, came to look at the car last week while he was in town for work. After going back and forth a little we finally settled on what I thought was a fair price. I was a little depressed to finally be letting go of the car, but we shook hands and that was that. Well, the next morning he texts me wanting to renegotiate the price of the car. Sooooo yeah. The car is still available for sale.

Smdh...
Maybe it's a good thing. I'm getting married next month and am in the process of buying a new house so my motivation to sell it right now is pretty high. If I still have it by next spring I may just hang onto it.

shaking hands without the cash in hand is tentative....next time drag him to the bank
This has always been an issue with our cars. I understand they aren't as popular as the Hemi cars or other muscle cars of the 60s/70s but if, within our own community, we cannot see the value of a rare car, how can we expect others on the outside to appreciate their worth?
I say Hang on to it. I will never get what I feel my IROC is worth from anyone. But i'd rather keep it than hand it over so someone else can enjoy it paying the bare minimum.
