Looks like the 6003812 and 6003818 are two of the part numbers. I just ordered the lower trim piece

The clips for the piece over the rear window are NS1, but I found a place local to me that has them(at least did when I restored my truck). Automotive Hardware Services in Fort Wayne, IN has them. P/N GM 25089, $1.75 each. He had about 80 left in 2013, and they are NS1, so once they are gone, they are gone. Their phone # is (260) 456-4567.

Those look close, but I've seen a ton of them that "looked good", but were way off when I bought them. My clips that went down the sides of the bed were in good shape, so I didn't worry about them. It's the ones above & below the window that always break.
I know the ones I posted are correct because I used them. Can't speak for the others...
The story I got from Automotive Hardware was, the GM clip mold was owned by a small company that supplied them to GM for years. When GM went bankrupt, they stuck the owner with a huge bill, and refused to pay any of it. Since he owned the mold, he tucked it away and told GM if they ever want any more clips, they need to pay up. GM didn't, and the guy refuses to make any more, and won't sell the mold either. Supposedly, Automotive Hardware, and one other, un-named shop in Ohio, have all the remaining clips.
You may be able to find something that will work, but I doubt it. I checked every trim place I could find for months on end, and finally found them locally... Should have bought an extra set while I was there... Maybe I'll check with them again soon...

3D printing could help save a lot of our cars. It's getting cheap enough the average Joe can do it now. Would be nice to see somebody take on doing this...
