Not worth the risk in my opinion, replace the wheels.

AJ, I *think* you are joking, but I'll just say that yes, he's only going 35mph around some cones, but most people would be at a walking pace around these corners, so the forces involved are MUCH higher than just simply driving around at 35mph. This is equal to driving on railroad tracks at 35mph...that's nothing to sneeze at and is a LOT of abuse and WILL cause failure at some point. That's more of what I was trying to get at.
Sorry if I was a party pooper. I just view this as a major safety thing, not only for the car and driver, but the corner workers and spectators as well...an out of control wheel is a serious issue! LOL
Change the wheels.

I have been to a couple autocross events where wheels broke.
Great stuff for great cars! Poly engine mounts and bushings at: http://www.polybushings.com
There is no chance that wheel is going back on any car. It will probably end up on my wall or something.

So I kinda just parked this car and forgot about it for most of the season last year. Turns out having a kid and trying to do all the other things in my life means something has to suffer. However I am back in action and buying parts! After mounting the new slicks last year just to find out a rim was cracked I never even bothered test fitting them. When put on the car they really look the business!
But they don't even come close to clearing the fenders with even a little bit of steering angle....
So after fighting with my self about what to do I decided it was time to just buy a more standard sized and streetable wheel and tire package so that I can actually enjoy the car this year, even if its not as competitive. I ended just ordering a set of Konig Rewinds in a 15x7 size and some 205/50/15 Falken RT615k+s.
I know a lot of people who have been very happy with the old RT615k for being a good balance between performance and longevity. I am excited to get them mounted and get the car back on the ground for the first time in nearly 8 months. I am looking forward to a year of updating this build log with event pics and videos rather then a few updates about what is broken and I can't afford to fix now.
I like the new wheels. Look good on the 'lil monster.
Let me know how you like the 615k+. I had re71 for my old acr but i like the price of the falken for my new Srt.

From what I've read on some autocross sites they seem to be as fast as RE71'S with about a season of use. Price wise they will be about $200 cheaper a set.
