    Description:

I have a forged and a cast 2.2 common block crank up for sale. Would prefer local pickup near carlisle PA, but will ship on buyers dime. Paypal accepted.

Forged crank- 89' 2.2 T2 crank, was previously ground 10/10, then spun a rod bearing on number 4. There's a gouge in the crank that would need weld repair, and also it's been sitting awhile so it started to rust so everything would need turned 20/20 to clean it all up as well.

    SOLD

Cast crank- Just pulled out of the block yesterday. Was ground 10/10 awhile ago, ran it, then found out my whole problem all along was an oiling issue with the block (cracked oil galley). When I started hearing rod knock I pulled the engine back out before it spun the bearing again. Mains still look good, but the rods need turned to .020 under to clear up the number 4.

    $25 obo

How did you determine the cracked galley? What a pain in the a$$.

Tell me about it. I bought this little snake camera that hooks up to my phone and fished it into the oil galley after I popped off the plug on the side of the block. Pretty sweet little thing it's got an adjustable LED light and it's only like 1/4'' round.
