    Spindles

Are Dynasty spindles different from the g,j,p bodies? Even if they are, can they be used with an L-body?

Edit: Are the ball joints larger in a Dynasty?

Ive had 3 dynasties now. They're the same as all the other k-cars of the same year. Which means 88-90 and 91-93 have different spindles. The ball joint is the same either way.

The later model spindles used a bigger pinch bolt. I've always used the pinch bolt for the knuckle and called it a day, but I thought there was a slight difference in the ball joint too?

I think i've always had so many bolts around and mish-mashed so much stuff that i always just found bolts that would work and didn't stop to think about it. You may be right. The diameter of the ball joint is definitely the same, at least.
