    Need 555 Shifter Bushing

I posted in Help but didnt get much so far. Unfortunately in kind of a hurry here.
    http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7875

What i need is the shifter bushing that goes onto the stud coming out of the left side of the shifter. New, preferably.

Anyone know where to get one? i know the dealer i tried said he looked through all the shifter bushings he had and didnt find one, definitely doesnt list it. Its not even a numbered part on their diagrams.

    thanks in advance

Check your PM. Sorry for the delay.

You want the cable to shifter bushing, right? ie, yellow plastic with a brass nut in it?

Thanks, but no, the bushing i am looking for does not attach to the cable. it is round, roughly dime or nickel size in diameter, and about 5/16 inch wide. it pops into a round hole and a ball-shaped stud coming out of the left side of the shifter pops into it.

You can get them from booger bushings and poly bushings. I know booger bushings has them on e-bay all the time. Poly bushing has a web site I just don't have the link. You should be able to search on this site and find a link to it.

    if you're talking about johnny's site it's www.polybushings.com
and the website for the booger bushings is www.boogerracing.com

i just put a set of boogers in my 523 shifter, very nice bushings and not hard to install
