Hey guys - re-installing the head. Should I bolt up the drain tube to the turbo prior to putting the head back on or should I install it after the head is on? I am thinking the latter as it would be easier to connect it to the drain pipe. Not sure I can get to the bolts though.

Either way is fine, I prefer have it installed first.
Yep. Either way will work. I always install mine afterward.
I usually clean the heck outta the tube than attach it to the turbo
the rubber hose I also put on the tube on the turbo but I push it as far as possiable up the tube so the free end will clear the tube coming up from the motor
then I slip the clamps over the hose and pull the hose down onto the tube coming from the motor
clamp N done
trying to put the hose on all by it's self once the two steel tubes are already in place can be more difficult than needed - you might also muck up the little piece of hose that way too
