front door panel removal on a Lancer.

I'm trying to pull the inner panels and found 4 screws under the pad, but the pad seems to be held on by the chrome trim on top. Do I just use a angle screwdriver or is there a way to remove the pad? Thanks.

Lower the window all the way and push up.
I think there are 2 at the door handle also.
