Do you have a part number to be sure?
I bought this one when i planned to use a stock cam before opting for a TU cam.

For the price, it doesn't make sense to buy a used one.

I don't have a part number, I tried do search it but I read that they don't come with any part number. That one looks good but I'm not sure that is the one I'm looking for/
4387850 is the part number listed by Chrysler for the 88 TBI and early 88 Turbo engines.
And that is the upgrade cam for the TII's right?

I bought some and have one in my CSX. According to the Dodge Garage, TI and TII cars used the same cams. The cam changes went by model years.

The 4387850 cam has the same lift as the other stock Mopar Turbo cams, but has slightly less duration than the 86-87 cam and slightly more duration than the 89 and up cam. I would assume Chrysler had a reason for the cam profile changes based on dyno testing results.
More duration means the valves are held open a little longer each cycle. Engines with low cylinder pressure prefer short duration because less pressure is lost to the exhaust each cycle.
