    A little confusion on pistons.

So I'm helping turboaddict get his new motor together, but got a little confused on the pistons he can use. He's got an 87 TII motor in his csx, which should have the floating pin pistons in it. I couldn't find any definative answer anywhere, but can he uses those 87 TII pistons on CB rods?

That depends. The csx really came from the factory with a t-1 bottom end so if it is the orignal motor, they will not work because those pisstons were press pin. If somewhere a true t-2 motor/bottom end was swapped in the car, then yes he can. The 87 t-2 motor has a floating pin piston. The CB rods are floating pins rods and they would work together.
