    2006 PT Cruiser "BOOST"

    About how much boost does a stock cruiser put out?

    It varies quite a bit if an auto, but stock i don't think is more than 10. Stage 1 gets you about 15, but still varies alot based on gear and load. That has been my experience anyway.

    If it's like the srt-4's and there's no reason to think that it's not.... They have a torque goal and it varies the boost and other parameters to meet that goal, more boost on poor weather days (hot, humid) and less boost on good days (cool, dry). They also tend to spike higher at lower rpms and settle down in the upper rpms. So really, there's no set answer if the torque logic is similar to the srt-4
