WTB- 87-90 Turbo A413 trans.

I need a KNOWN GOOD turbo 413 3-speed for my minivan. It must be in good physical as well as operating condition. Knowing the miles, year, and what it came out of would be really helpful. No screwed up threads or missing dow pins please! I just really need a tranny that works and hopefully will not give me any problems. Torque converter would be sweet! I am located in central VA, post up no matter what, but I think it would need to be no more then four hours away.

16in "Platinum" wheels from 02 Sebring convertible (5X100)
88 2.2L Turbo II shortblock (needs rebuild...bad)
89 520 Manual trans
89 Daytona Shelby seats and door panels (Enthusiast cloth)

Hi:
I have an 86 1/2 A-413 from a Turbo LeBaron, with the machined flats (per G. Donovan). 25 miles before the engine lost oil pressure and I pulled the entire power train several years ago. Been sitting since. Paid $600 for carry-in/carry-out rebuild at Transmission Shop. Of course warranty has long expired for elapsed time. Fresh Turbo Torque Convertor included.
I also have the hard-to-find L-body transmission mount; with flex-plate and cables too. In Columbia SC (straight down I-81 and I-77).

I have one that has about 50km on a rebuild by a reputable shop, and the receipt for it. Came from an 89 Caravan, and I have the external transmission cooler, as well as a brand new TC that still has the grease pen on it stating it's for a 2.5. I'd be willing to sell it (was for a future project), but the shipping would have to be considered. I can probably get a better than normal price through work. I will PM you to see if you're interested enough to consider pricing and shipping over the border.

I don't know if you'll be able to find what you're asking for less than the price of your van. What sort of price range are you looking at for a transmission?

Seriously man, $200 is plenty for one of these things. I just am too lazy to call the local yards and dig one up.

EDIT- I'm not asking for a super duper rebuilt, handle 1000hp thing. I just heed a good used one with not so many miles. I'm sure mine can be saved but I'm, once again, too lazy.

I was hoping for 400cdn for the whole assembly. The bill for the rebuild is over 1200 with a discount at the shop for a personal friend. If that's reasonable I can work out the shipping and if it's not too much money I can try and have work pay for it.
