1987 SHELBY LANCER #575. I purchased this car back in June off fellow board member Bruce Bender. Here's the link to his original post.

I bought it with the intentions of using it for a fun daily driver. The only thing that I did to the car since I bought it is do an in car main/rod bearing swap. Also, there is a set of crabs on it. The motor still knocks, but not as bad. It sounds as if the knock is coming from the side of the motor by the trans. That bearing cannot be replaced with the motor in the car. The Shelby steering wheel is there (missing horn button) as is the dash plaque. The Mobil 1 tag is still under the hood. The inspection ran out at the end of August. hey there i have an 85 GLHT that i'm lookin to get rid of. get back to me if your still interested. the body has NO rot a litte surface rust and runs. the floor boards aren't TERRIBLE. but they will need so TLC. so let me know what you think. thanks for your time.
