To upload pictures you need a website to host it, like facebook, photobucket and I'm sure there are many others, but those are free. As far as a chrome tip, you're probably better off looking at your local exhaust shops for one that suits your needs.
originally the tip would have been welded to the muffler as built by chryco or their supplier
this is one of the reasons they are hard to find
