Wasn't able to make it to SDAC, curious how this gem turned out...and really interested how Cordes is doing on his roadtrip headed out west!

Brian and Joy just called from a holiday inn in Amarillo Texas so we know Redbox has made it at least that far

    Re: SDAC 2016 Project RedBox

    RedBox's build delivered.
It was even better in person than the pics!
Jackson did a great job, as well as the others that contributed some wrench time on her at SDAC.
Only disappointment for me was not seeing "A.J." drag her on the track.
But, after he left out for his flight, the keys to RedBox got passed around and we all got to wring her out down the track once!

    Ha! Lol!

Things are going fairly well. 12solid house on the road with few problems. I think I'll need to make a small vacuum line adjustment I the morning and we'll be off to flagstaff.

It is a corporate sponsored road trip...
If A.J. is flipping for fuel, food, and drink, it just may be a costly transport. According to sources, Cordes is now the All-You-Can-Eat rib King of SDAC-Memphis!

Wait! Is that why you were swinging through Texas?? So you could stop off and take down the Ole 96'er steak?

If you can limp RedBox to Cars and Coffee Scottsdale, AZ by Saturday morning Johnny and I will be there along with a few of the local Shelby guys. We would all like to see how Redbox turned out.

    Re: SDAC 2016 Project RedBox

Congrats on Best in Class, and on the build, and on all of it. Nothing but envy here.
    John Laing

"The sole condition which is required in order to succeed in centralizing the supreme power in a democratic community, is to love equality, or to get men to believe you love it. Thus the science of despotism, which was once so complex is simplified, and reduced . . . . to a single principle."
    -- Alexis de Tocqueville

"One of the methods used by statists to destroy capitalism consists in establishing controls that tie a given industry hand and foot, making it unable to solve its problems, then declaring that freedom has failed and stronger controls are necessary."
    --Ayn Rand

"To evolve, you don't need a Constitution. All you need is a legislature and a ballot box . . . . things will evolve as much as you want. All of these changes can come about democratically; you don't need a Constitution to do that and it's not the function of a Constitution to do that."
    -- Justice Antonin Scalia

This is a cool way of doing it. Like the cross country trek to bring it home.

Congrats on the win! I struggle just to keep my car running and in 9 years I don't think there's been a single day it hasn't leaked some oil.

cool pic, that thing really needs a rear bumper though. Looks like a dog with it's tail tucked between it's legs.
