Had control arm bushings and tie rod ends replaced and now there is a significant squeaking sound. Not much lubricant sent with. Ideas? Thanks.

What brand of control arm bushings did you buy?
Bought from polybushings.com
Usually PB sends a film canister worth of their lube, which is awesome stuff. Was it less?
At any rate, ANY poly type bushing WILL squeak if there isn't enough lube on it. I would suggest getting more of that same lube and re-greasing the whole thing. Also, make sure that the center metal spacer is slightly shorter than the total width of the bushings. When you torque everything down the bushings should be flush against the K-frame and the arm should not move forward/aft.
First thing to do is contact Johnny at (541) 266-0890 or e-mail at glhs289@hotmail.com
If you need additional grease, you can buy more.
