question about boost button stage calibration for 750cc injectors.

ok so i am doing math and preparing my stage 3 boost button calibration. I am trying to scale it for a set of low impedance 750cc injectors that are rated at 43.5 psi, from my math that equates to 71.4lbs/hr and when i do the math for the flow rate at 55 psi it comes out to 80.3. i want to make sure my math is correct and wanted someone here to double check it for me before i go and burn the bin file to the chip. thank you!

welcome to turbo-mopar our injectors were all low impedance from factory so your good to go ohms wise, you won't need any converters or anything. when scaling your fuel injectors you want to input what the flow rate is going to be. for example if your going to run 43.5 psi fuel pressure then input the 72 lb inj value, but if your going to run 55psi fuel pressure, then you will have to use a higher value (calculated value). remember, your fuel pump will lose flow as your boost rises due to the rise rate fuel pressure regulator 1:1 ratio, so if you set fuel to 55psi static pressure then run 25 psi of boost, at 25 psi of boost your fuel pressure will be 80 psi. Make sure your fuel pump can still flow enough fuel for your HP goals. the higher the pressure the less your pump will flow after a certain amount, all pumps vary.

im shooting for 18 pounds for a while, as i understand it the stock pump is good for about 20 psi.

Never guess. Run test to be sure.

Though, I bet your fuel pump is only getting around 11v when your car is running. Most car have 1-2 voltage drop by the time the wires get to the fuel pump.
