I was actually impressed by the last OBX I bought, as the machining was quite good, and was deburred much better than others I have bought in the past. How much preload are you shooting for? IIRC, you are supposed to get it within .008-.010 freeplay before you do you preload measurement. Don't kill the messenger, just trying to help. I would personally buy at least a package on the Sonnax shims so you can fine tune preload as much as possible.
