NEW Forged 3.500" (that's +0.06"/1.5mm) 2.2 TIII JE Pistons ($300) and Forward Motion Long Aluminum Rods ($300):

I bought all of these parts to work together. The Tall-Deck block is basically a tall common block, structurally. The long rods +2.2 pistons are a perfect fit in this block. You will need to add clearance notches at the bottom of the bores for the aluminum rods, they're big. Would be a nice 2.5 TIII NA or Turbo project for someone with the time to put it together.
