    Removing oil return tube

How do I get the oil return tube out of the block, so I can transfer it to the new block I'm working on? It seems really stuck, and doesn't want to move.

id suggest finding a socket thats almost the same size outside diameter as the drainback tube, then tap it with a hammer from the crankcase area out. thats how i do it, drainback and dipstick tubes...

Yup. Tap it out from the inside. Definitely use something round as stated, so as to hit it flat and not distort it on the way out.
