    Omni Window track bushing/guides?

My drivers side window goes up crooked and its hard to get up without pushing it back while cranking. If i can get a good set I'm going to reproduce them on my 3d printer in nylon. Thanks!

That same setup is in my '85 Chrysler T&C wagon. I used bronze bushings from ACE. They were the EXACT inner diameter of the rod they ride on. Yes the rod it oval and yes the bushings are round but they only need to touch the wide part of the oval track. Because I used bronze, those bushings will out live the car. The bracket thedon809 posted needs to be modified to accept the bushings.

Here is a walk through on how to do it: http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/sh...fix&highlight=

I'll gladly pay. I'll take a couple sets if this comes to fruition.

PM sent to thedon. Hopefully I can get these in hand and get them copied. I've made quite a few pieces out of nylon filament and this stuff is tough. Should outlast the car!

I think there are more than a few of us that would love to fix the "sea saw" Omni window syndrome!
