"Hey guys we are still not at the break even point for the Nats so get those payments in!! Last day for prepay is Nov 7th, it takes 2-4 days for PayPal to reach my bank so I have to cut it off early. If possible I may extend it but payments received at 10:30 Friday the 13th will be denied and you will owe $75 at the gate if you want to race!!"

It is what it is Mike, I still don't have a viable Shelby Dodge to race at the moment.

If I get the car sorted out and miss the cutoff I'll just pay $75 at the gate, it will be the least of my expenses traveling from CT to MD.

At least I have a notion of the problem now, will know more once I cut open the harness after work in the area I think the issue is in.

Just so damn exasperating that the car has so many overlapping problems it is making it difficult to identify the issue and address them.

And I still have a mod or two planned for the car after it is running baseline.. clock is ticking.

We are just about ready here. Teri's R/T is dialed in as much as it can be for the current timeframe. It's certainly faster than it was at SDAC.

I paid a racer entry but not sure yet if everything is normal with the van.

Had to spend time working on my PT today, so my wife can drive it since I'll be towing Mini.
My front tires were way worse than i thought. Had to swap on some spares and will have to order some new tires.

well crappy weather yesterday today and supposed to be the same tomorrow so I guess i'm out of tuning time I was hoping to get it alot better for cecil but atleast I'm going so I guess that in itself is an accomplishment for me.
Hopefully I get plenty of runs in so I can adjust things and get a decent time slip. I'll see you guys there and let me know where the hotel hang out room is too !! lol

Got a room at the host hotel for Friday night. Might stay Sat night too, depending.
But they did still extend me the discount rate. They do still have rooms available if anyone is still in need.

I'm using the suction cup mount, maybe buy a body harness and rig it to my pass seat?
