    No way. Van is headed to Brian for lowering ( i think ) heater core replacement ( i think ) and ac repair ( i hope ). The van rocks but I'm allergic to coolant odor so we have to find the leak before d driving duties.

    Luckily i didn't have to sell anything to raise additional funds.

    well to be honest.....the sale price was determined long ago. The bank came back and said, oh yea in addition to the $375 k cash we want another $85 grand and you have 2 weeks to do it. I did it in 1 week. F you banks!!

    Good timing with accounts receivable and already had about 1/2 in savings that was tagged for basement and bathroom renovations. Looks like those renovations are on hold until we sell our current home.

    Or if you give me $5,000,000 I could probably give you $5,085,000 back in 2 weeks. No guarantees thou but you can trust me......
