I'm going to try and make it. We'll have to see how the work schedule goes. It's a great show, and an amazing museum.
That probably explains why almost nobody shows up at the Milan Dragway Mopar Madness event every year. It's the same day...
Here is the info. My boss said I could go barring an emergency that would require me at the plant.

I plan on being there with my 89 Sundance RS. This will be the first car show I have entered a car in.
I think I'll see you there. Looks like we're going over there instead of Milan.
What are you bringing Rob? Look me up. I would love to meet the famous Rob Lloyd. Besides, it will give me a chance to discuss tunes with you.... I have a feeling that once I get the 5 speed in the Daytona, I'm not going to be happy with the stock T1 very long...

You won't regret it. Red Barns is a blast. Hopefully we get a whole line of TM's... It would be cool to show a real presence at the show this year. Sounding like there will be a few L-body trucks there.
The swap meet is kind of hit or miss. Lots of muscle car stuff. IMHO, a lot of junk guys are trying to get top dollar for. It's usually spread out over a wide area on the museum grounds. That being said, it was always busy when I walked through.
They have no requirements in the show classes. They can pretty much cover anything. Last year I think there was about 30 classes. All the FWD stuff pretty much gets lumped together though. I was competing against Neons, 300M's, Caliber's, and our traditional TM's. Trust me, a lot of cars were hauled there on trailers... They actually gave me the choice last year. I could compete in FWD or the truck class... Glad I chose FWD....
will be there with daytona and aries.
anyone want me to bring large impossible to ship items
Heading out this morning. I'll be late, maybe around 10am. Just bringing parts, so look for me in my dark silver Xterra.
Fun day. The FWD flavor for awards was newer stuff unfortunately. I think the oldest car in FWD that got an award was a 2002....
Oh well, had a lot of fun. Several folks from this forum were there. We kind of had a mini tech talk/bench racing session under my canopy most of the afternoon. It was a lot of fun. Can't wait to do it next year!!!
Here's a link to all the pics I took. I tried to get a pic of all of the FWD cars I saw, plus anything else that caught my eye...
