Good Morning,

Just shipped them to Marra, he's gonna test fit them for me. Stay tuned!
very interested
Any plans to make the .stl file available for others with 3D printers?
I would print a set and try them on one of my cars.
For anyone interested, all my designs are available for free to anyone who wants to download the file and print them.

Once I get the "they fit", I will post it up. I'm not trying to make money on window bushings(or anything TD lol). I will make some nylon sets for people but would be better to just upload to shapeways and buy from them.
I made these up tonight. Modeled from NOS window regulator guides.
I'll bolt it into a car this week and see how it works. I can add meat where needed, if it looks like it will help.
As soon as I know they will work, I'll put them into production.
Prototype Green
How durable is the plastic?

Gotcha....I was just curious. I haven't work with the 3D printer plastics so wasn't sure if you were using a cheap one for mock-up or a higher grade.

Thicker yet:
dang..I need these so bad for 313
I tried all three tonight. The first design works best. I need to make some setting changes on the printer and I'll try a double sided version of the first design.
I should have news by the end of the week.
The thick ones have too much friction? That would be my concern.
is there such a thing?
Preparations A-G were abysmal failures…
But now we have Success!
The window glides up and down perfectly with only a little penetrating oil for lubricant. These are ABS prototypes. I'll have some done in nylon and see if they work as well.
If you can't wait, nylon bushings are available here:

so glad you decided to make these...i really didn't have the time. Are you going to put the .stl files up like your other projects?
Eventually.
