Brent, I have 2 Cartech rising rate regulators. One has the base rate adjustment, the other does not. I think they are the older design. IIRC, they went to a billet design on later models? These are cast. Both were used very sparingly and are in excellent shape. PM me an offer on either one or both. I also have instructions. Pics added.
