I was looking at some other car forums, trying to find a way to make a nice looking/ aero headlight cover.
It seems that the consensus was to go with 3d printing.
This way it could be made as an exact fit. People were replacing lenses on cars that require full headlight replacement for cracked lenses.
Thus I assume some one could make a cover that would fit inside the cavity up to the headlight and provide a flush fit to the slope of the hood.
I have no idea how to take this further, does anyone out there have knowledge or experience ?
I do realize those first ones are horrid, but it makes clear the concept.
