A413, which hose barb is the supply to the tranny cooler.
Going to install a trans temp gauge and want it in the hot line.
Also need to verify that my inline trans oil filter is in the correct line.
Currently the filter is in the lower hose barb fitting.

Or, is there a point on the trans to mount a 1/8 NPT sensor?
There are those plugs on the front of the trans, but i think those are access for adjustments?

The lower one goes to the cooler. The fittings on the front of the tranny are pressure test ports tor testing and diagnostic purposes
i took the pan off of my old 604 that i had in a reliant (with a 3.0L) and drilled and installed a temp sensor in the rear corner of the pan so the temp was what the inlet of the pump saw.
