You'll see them for sale on occasion in the for sale section of the board. You could also put up a parts wanted ad. I would check rockauto.com to see if they have any.
As you can see this book has seen a lot of use!
Lets go through the flow chart.
1) Does the unit light up? No? check fuses and wiring, if good replace unit.
2) If unit lights up press DEF FLOOR and BI-LEV all together to start self test. The display should flash and put the system through its paces. when it is done it may flash a fault code number or go back to regular display.

3848576 is the ATC control in the dash. chrome face. have a bunch of used and untested units. 1986-87 NY only. 65.00 plus shipping

if shoping parts for this you need to know the parts for the K car based units won't interchange with the J body lebaron units
the controlers are different as can be noted by looking at the plug sockets on the back of the controls and I believe the module on the heat , a/c box is different too
