From looking at the wiring diagrams, I think you can use the 90 harness for an 89 vehicle. I know on the cars they are different, but it looks like on the Vans they are very similar, if not the same.

I can try and look tonight but something went sideways at work yesterday and I don't know what my time will look like the next few days.
