turbo charging a non turbo 2.5

I'm reposting cause I can't find the original post, I'm getting a 95 caravan with a 4cyl it's got a blown head gasket
So u plan to overhaul it and make a shelby turbo motor out of it, what will I have to do to do this

Rod and pistons, intake and exhaust manifolds, and of course computer and wiring harness (unless you are good at wiring, then you can probably add in what you need).
