88' k car digital cluster

Is there a common fix for a flickering digital dash ? Also is there a difference between the 2 plug , 3 plug clusters, or turbo and non turbo digital clusters ?

3 plug vs 2 plug ?

if the extra plug is a flat green one and there's a tach in the cluster , I think the green one would be for the tach

I haven't seen the back of an 88 K digital cluster but the earlier one (84?) I had was one with the tach and the green plug

if it has the traveler computer I think the traveler would probably get all the info it needs via the 2 plugs that make the basic tachless cluster portion work and not need a 3rd plug

turbo vs non turbo shouldn't mean anything at the cluster
