Working on clearing the decks.
Cleaned the door grab handles / arm rests, polished the rear emblem and removed the glue backing, finished the fuse panel cover and scrubbed the hell out of the rear seat assembly.

One piece had 5 or 6 holes in it and was cracked which was an easier to repair than the other piece. I didn't bother fixing the two holes on the bottom edge as they are not visible once installed.
I still need one more metal clip for the cover if anyone has one they can spare. I have four out of the five. The same clip is used on Spirit's for the bezel around the headlamp switch, that is where I was able to get two.

Busy day today.
Picked up new 3M tape for the rear hatch emblem, polished all four rims, polished the tail lamp assemblies and gave them a good scrubbing, glued the gaskets on, re-polished the front turn signal lamps, picked up new screws for the sill plate and cowl cover, installed the gasket on the cowl cover, shampoo'd the door panels and rear seat shelf, cleaned a different center dash bezel (number three) that I just picked up that is better than number two, assembled the rear seat belt which had been cleaned a half dozen times and cleaned up and painted the intercooler that had been in the Daytona and Spirit.
Getting down to the nitty gritty on parts folks. This is a good sign.

I need to lock in our hotel rooms for SDAC

Wish I was going to SDAC. Too expensive.
What intercooler do you have there?
Going to be a long day today waiting for work to be over to pop over to the body shop.
Yesterday I spent most of the day sorting out all the stuff from last weekends trip but had time to work on items for the car in the afternoon. Cleaned the front seatbelts, blasted and painted one of the anchor assemblies, cleaned and painted the rear bumper, installed the blades on the wiper arms and worked on the window sweeps and moldings. The original moldings was in real poor condition with lots of cracks on the "soft area" I did my best to sand and fill the cracks with spot putty and then painted them with a rubberized coating from Rust-o-ilium. They look much better but you can still see some uneven areas if you look close. I did three layers of the rubber coating, not sure if another would have made it any better as they were tough.
After they dried, I sanded and trim blacked the remainder of the trim and set it aside to dry overnight. After work I'll install the new felt sweeps.
And wait to get the car back.
Time to decide which turbo I'm going to use and prep it with a line kit. Stock Turbo II or a Turbonetics 60 trim that has been sitting on the shelf? Hmm..

Black?
From some of your prior comments I thought you may go a different route.
No matter the color I'm super excited to see 193 back.

Windshield is penciled in for install on Tuesday of next week, just off the phone with the shop.

Going to be a long week till Friday.
I'm looking around the garage at 100's of parts cleaned or repaired waiting to be installed and I'm impatient to get started.
Pick up the wing and grill after work Wednesday to get them out the way of the body shop. All the silver parts were suppose to be shot today.

Patience grasshopper

Inactivity does not fit well on me Wayne if you have not figured that out yet.
Last night drove out to RI- Came back with another 520, intake, head and mitsu turbo assembly, black GLH turbo hood, a GLH turbocharger, shifter cables and a box of new front end parts and a flywheel. The hood will make nice garage art next to the spare GTX and Daytona hoods.
