Does anybody know how to install a 3rd. Design oil pump ????

I am thinking about installing 3 RD Design (2000- current) oil pump assembly (FRONT PUMP) IN my A413 (1994 Case)TRANS CASE. Has anybody done it ???

Those are the holy grail of pumps and harder to find than hen's teeth. They are a better pump so if you can find one, jam it in and report back. I could never find one and wasn't willing to pay Dodge prices for a new one.

I thank you for replying the ATSG manual say that you have to use a "service package to retro fit back for past model service". What do you know about the "SERVICE PACKAGE" ???

Didn't see anything about a service package, its just a better designed pump, gerotor over gears, so its quieter, more pressure etc.

Page 96 STATES "will not function properly" without it. Can you tell what transmission's to look for. I have a trans guy up here in Detroit that have been in business many years, have a lot of old transmissions. I will look for more that one. Can you tell me what transmissions o look for ?

Page 96, ok, I'll look it up.

Its supposed to be in the later 31th. I've torn many down and never found one, had my trans guys also look for one, they've never seen one either.
