Converting '89 Omni to turbo status

Here's a quick question for you guys. I am picking up an '89 Omni TBI and I want to convert it to turbo. I have a complete engine bay harness as well as a dash w/interior harness from an '86 Shelby Charger that I junked. If I swap both of those in, will everything still plug in and be fine (i.e. the plugs for the wires running to the fuel pump, and the plugs that connect to the main harness that run to the taillights and such)? I know I could convert an '89 van harness I have to work in the Omni, but I'm definitely not an electrical guru, so I figured swapping everything would be my best bet. Thanks!
