    Spring Fling California April 11th and 12th

    Spring Fling XXIV – Saturday April 11th and Sunday April 12th, 2015
    The Spring Fling Mopar event is the largest Mopar car show and swap west of the Mississippi with a car show, swap meet and midway on Saturday and Sunday. over 700 cars, 300 swappers, 50 manufacturer and over 9000 spectators. Spring Fling activities start on Thursday ranging from Willow Springs track day, driving cruises and cruise-in. Spring Fling Mopar car show is attended by Mopar fans from all over the world and has gained international media coverage.http://www.cpwclub.com/springevents/content-2/

    I wanted to bring the wagon down but can't seem to get it running good.
    So swapped goals to finish the Consulier.

    Hope to make it also to the April Calif turbo-Dodge meet too.(not going to make it to this)

    Sucks I won't be able to make this anymore as I am moving back to Nebraska in three weekz. Really great show and Jay Leno always makes an appearance on Sunday in one of his cars from his private collection. I really enjoyed this show all the years I was able to make it.

    The guy in the backround in the Spirit RT pic (white T shirt) is Guy V Colounmbe. He runs the K car club. I thought we had some *Odd Ducks* in the TM world but Guy, sheesh...

    Guy is definitely his own special character. His right hand man Ralph isn't much better, but he did drive up here and bought the transmission from my Daytona.

    Not to turn this into a whole GVC thread but a few years ago, he and some of his crew showed up at our first Thursday Applebees meeting with a 'Gal' that somehow just fell into K cars and he had been helping this 'Gal' with her car.     That Rampage is owned by a guy that stores it the same airport I use. He'll never sell.

    LOL, not even trying to buy it, I just loved how much he loved the Rampage. He definately takes meticulous (fanatical even) care of it. I'm pretty sure my next car will have an SRT badge on it
