4 way splitter vacum hose part see picture

OK I need a new one of these things:



It splits/joins 4 vacuum lines going into the top of the round vacuum manifold that screws into the manifold. as you can see it done broke in two. I was going to re-connect it BUT its split in the middle and cannot be fixed. I cannot find this damn thing anywhere online or at any vendor. I have a horrible jury rig set up right now so the car can run. Anyone have one of these lying around or maybe you are parting out an engine and can sell me the item?

Last I knew they were still available from the dealership, but that was a couple years ago.
