I'll swing up to Madison for the show but that's probably all. We are planning on going to car craft summer nationals in Milwaukee at state fair park.

St Paul is still having their nationals at the same time. Must have had some issues that caused Car Craft to part ways with St Paul. Rent, autocross facilities would be my guess. I know the vendors were getting charged huge money for their locations in St Paul.
Still referring to it as Street machine nationals in St Paul. Just not Car Craft name attached to it. It should be interesting to see how many cars and vendors show up at each location. The vast majority of the cars were from MN anyway. That show pales in comparison to the Minnesota Street Rod Association (MSRA) as far as vendors, cars, and attendance.

Todd, when is the big event for the msra and where is it held?

Back to the 50's June 19-21, 2015 at same place MN State Fairgrounds. 15,000 or more street rods. Huge amount of cars and vendors. If you go, get there EARLY if you want to find parking within a mile of fairgrounds. Friday is a bit less busy, Saturday is crazy busy, Sunday is not as busy as many out of towners start to head back home. Show hours are shorter on Sunday too.
Todd
anybody else going? hoping to get to madison area by friday afternoon so can stop at the ringbrothers open house/kickoff event.

We're bringing Tony's Rebel Wagon. It needs a road trip.
Holy crap. When you guys are in Champaign let me know. I would love to meet up with you.
We're only doing Madison. I couldn't get the time off work for the rest of the trip, but I'm definitely off for the Car Craft show

You know what's funny? The guy with the Hornet SC 360 wagon and the Orange matador coupe were from Our same town. We didn't plan to park near each other, but we ended up next to each other.
Lots of cool cars, but I didn't see any Shelby Dodges.
We watched the autocross for a while, had I known they were going to have that event, I would have brought the GLH.

Just got back from my brief trip to the event. It was great to meet up with Wowser and talk if only for a bit. It definitely seems like an event I would like to do one day.
Aj, we spent most of the day over by the auto cross. It would have been great to see a tm give it a try.
