I have for sale what started out as a T1 garrett turbo that I put a T2 compressor housing on and a refurbished .63 ford turbine housing on. The turbine housing was sandblasted, threads chased, flanges surfaced, and painted with 2000 degree ceramic paint. The compressor housing has a new gasket, and the wheel is in good condition.
It also comes with a ported exhaust manifold, drilled and tapped for T3 flange. It was sandblasted, flanges surfaced, and painted with 2000 degree ceramic paint. Now please note, this is not my normal all out porting that I would do for turbo's unleashed, this manifold has the major pinch points corrected and gasket matched. Runners are not polished and there's also a couple other tricks that I do for a TU manifold that are not done....but like I said the major work is done. I personally feel with the porting that was done to the manifold it goes perfect with a .63 stage 1 turbine setup. However, I am listing an option below to buy just the turbo without this manifold and if you want to order a TU manifold with the ''all out'' port work that I normally do than by all means you can do so. I've included grade 8 lock washers and nuts with the manifold since it uses 3/8-16 studs and not the original 10x1.5mm.
My recommendation for a swingvalve would be a dual bolt pattern TU 3'' swingvalve (which is a direct bolt on), or the ATP V band one (requires custom downpipe).
I also have the original T1 turbine housing which was in good shape. I ground the knotch on top, sandblasted it, surfaced the flanges, chased the threads, and painted with 2000 degree ceramic paint. It does have a couple cracks around the wastegate and the normal one inside the housing. They are minor and I've run plenty of housings like that with no ill affects.
Also, I'm including with a small T2 wastegate can OR a large T1 can. Your choice.
