GLH Side Skirts & Air Dam - How to mount ??

Picked up a set of GLH side skirts and front airdam for my 1989 Omni. Tried mocking them up and realized I have NO idea how they are supposed to mount !

The 89 is obviously missing the factory mounting holes. Can anyone help me figure out how/where these get mounted ? Also how do I mount the fog light brackets ?

    Thanks !

From the factory they are attached by a long bracket that runs the length of the rocker panel. There's a lip on the inside top edge of the plastic skirt that sides in behind the bracket. The bottom and ends of the skirt are attached with screws.
