Yes, I understand I'm pretty well endowed with brakes, but I want to upgrade to a truck master cylinder AND anti-lock controller. MY QUESTIONS: What year, model, and part number for the truck master cylinder ? What information can anyone provide for the anti-lock controller mechanism. Should that be upgraded ? And to what year, model, part number ? What other parts are needed, or wise to switch over during the upgrade ? (I've already bought a new booster)
I don't know of anyone added anti lock brakes to any 80's turbo dodge, with the except of Chrysler added it to Chrysler's TC, and that is a piece of crap system that's broke most of the time.

Didn't they offer abs on the Dynasty/New Yorker? May be able to adapt that system...
Those and the minivans and the Eagle Premier/Dodge ?? used the Bendix-10 ABS system. Run far far away… Chrysler at one point put a lifetime replacement warranty on the pump/hydro unit because its so failure prone and its an integrated system so if it fails there goes your brakes.Originally Posted by 83scamp

I know that you could get ABS in later AA and G bodies.
What are your goals for the car? They must be pretty lofty.
