Check eBay, there were several for sale a few months ago.
There is not one on ebay in the us
I was looking for one for a while. There was an alternate part number I found that there were plenty of. Forget what it was and I removed it from.my "watch list" after my Daytona got totaled.

Yea those are only UK. Was hoping for something a little quicker...lancer is leaking front cam seal like 1/2 a quart a day.
Is the camshaft cap leaking at the seam or are you removing the cap to get the seal out ?
I did a cam swap in the car. So I put all the rollers in and then bolted down the cam bit by bit. I think the seal itself is leaking and the cap.
I dont know of a way to assemble the head, cam, rollers without slowly bolting it down.
You don't need to remove the valve springs if its leaking out the can seal so wouldn't need that tool. That tool if for replacing valve springs ore valve stem seals with head on the car.
Ok so how do you get the rockers back in with the cam installed without compressing valve springs? This has me stumped.
you did it the right way or the only way ive ever done it. just try again. the leak is at the cam cap eh?

I thought it was the pan. Tightened that up and it leaks just the same. Pulled the upper timing cover and the inside of the cover is covered in oil and has an outline of the cam gear.
ok but is it a failed seal or is the first cam cap leaking at its base. did you rtv the first and last caps?

Give me a few days, I can make the compression tool.
ordered one from the uk...that will take a 1000 years to get here
stock springs are easy, you take a 1/2" by 10" long socket extention and pry down on the retainer and between the cam lobes. Slide the rocker in and you're done.
Yea these are not stockers....stiff buggers.
