Need help with Daytona headlight doors

Does anyone have a diagram showing how to use relays and a switch to operate the headlight doors??? I have a diagram that uses a momentary 3 way toggle switch and 2 relays, but I cannot get it work. I cannot get both power and ground to the motors at the same time. Any help with this would be appreciated.

You need to switch the ground as well as the power. The motors don't ground through their chassis.
