508 - Resource limit is reached and slow site performance

Noticed that the site was running slow at work and just figured it was the internet, Once I got home and got on I started getting 508 - Resource limit is reached error pages. Anyone else experience this?

I was going to post something sooner, but it took over a minute for the page to load.

Yes, the site has been slow for a while, not just today. I've noticed very high latency navigating from just about everywhere.

I thought this was just my work computer, but it happened to me at home too. I've only gotten the resource error a couple of times, but I refreshed it and it loaded... slowly.

Great to hear. I made some changes to reduce bots and harvesters which were eating the load. I also changed the way the outputs are compressed. The host also made some changes. I think things will improve even more when we change forum software in the future.

Bots and harvesters? Those are outside "non people" crawling your site for info to sell right?
