Engine Size: 2.2
Asking price is $$1850.00
Up for sale is my 1987 Daytona Pacifica. I bought this car in 2006 in Atlanta, GA when I lived in Charlotte, NC. I brought it up to NY with me when I moved back here in summer 11' The car has NEVER seen salt and as such is SOLID, I.E. floors, rocker panels, spare tire well, all in just about factory condition. It was always a work in progress and never materialized into what I wanted. I am losing interest in TD's (I have 3 of them) and feel it is time for it to go to a good home where it can have its potential met.
In the time I've had it I have put in enthusiast seats, converted it from auto to manual, new struts new axles, converted it to T-II electronics, swapped out the digital dash for analog (the old digital cluster comes with it but will need repair). The owner I purchased it from had a header panel and ground FX from an 89 ES. which is on the car now.
The car's drivetrain is a rebuilt 87 T1 short block, A-520 that I put in last year, with a new Sach's clutch. It has a 2-piece intake, APFR w/ gauge, OBX T3 Super 60 turbo w/ ATP ultimate 3" V-band Swingvalve, 3" custom exhaust all the way back (had a local shop in NC make the 3" from the cat back, I made the front pipe with V-band) and a SAAB 9000 IC up front.
It is not a rotbox and you will not find another Daytona in the northeast with a better body. car fires up, runs and drives. Has 6.5 Crab wheels with a set of General Altimax's (205 60/R15) on it with maybe 1500 miles that were on my old grey Daytona. It is a T-Top car and I do have a set of T-Top bags in it. Also I have a spare set of rear brake calipers (loaded) that will go with the car. Car is located in Canandaigua N.Y. I live about an hour away from where it is stored but can make arrangements to show the car. Where I live cell service can be spotty, please shoot me a text @six0seven 4three8 zero9eight4. Car has Clean NORTH CAROLINA title.
I know it's not quite TM etiquette but pics can be seen here:
