Description: FWD Performance F1 roller camshaft and followers with only a couple hundred miles. What kind of gains from this cam on stock motor

F1 is a very tame cam, looks similar to the Taft S1. I tried one and it wasn't bad for stock boost, anymore than that it just stopped working. If your looking for a tad more power down low, this will work.

Came off of Matchbox and I can vouch for the low miles! I can also tell you that the motor was never ran past 5500 rpm with that cam in it.

For a carb car you should pic the Magnum one from Comp cams...picked me up a full 9/10ths in the quarter. The F1 cam on my carb motor made the exhaust sound like that of a Subaru WRX STI!

If you carb guys do get the Comp Cam, keep in mind that your cam gear key might need some grinding to fit! Brad and I found that out during the swap!

This is a roller cam?

Is it a regrind needing shims? If so, then I think I can't use it with the PT Lifters (which already has 2 spacers), right?

It is a regrind roller cam. I'm not sure about the shims?
